Changes to CLBC Program Funding for Individuals with Disabilities

You have likely seen the news articles about CLBC starting to close group home residential programs, families being waitlisted for both residential and community inclusion programs, and substantial budget cuts. For families with youth that are transitioning from children’s to adult services, we have developed a kit to help you determine the steps you need to take to apply for CLBC funding for your child.
