We are a registered charitable organization, whose purpose is to help adults who are both deaf and blind, safely access the world around them.
We offer a variety of programs and services throughout BC.
We create safe and comfortable environments that enable Deafblind individuals to live more independently.
Inspired by the spirit and determination of the people we support, we are committed to delivering quality services that promote respect and inclusion.
We are an accredited organization, and ensure that all our programs maintain the highest standards of client care, safety and well being.
With a helping hand and supportive touch, individuals who are Deafblind can increase their independence and communicate their needs.

“Once I knew only darkness and stillness….my life was without past or future….but a little word from the fingers of another fell into my hand that clutched at emptiness and my heart leaped to the rapture of living.” — Helen Keller
Helen Keller is known around the world for her incredible personal achievements and contributions to society through her writing, speeches and advocacy.
As shown in the well-known play/film, "The Miracle Worker", Helen's key influence was her teacher and Intervenor, Annie Sullivan, who provided Helen with the means to communicate and to self expression.
